JARED BEDARD, Owner/ Store Manager

Jared Bedard grew up in the La Grande area. After

high school he served a two year mission in Mexico City

and then returned to La Grande to complete a Bachelor's

degree in Business Administration at Eastern Oregon University.  

Jared and his wife Michelle will soon be celebrating their 20th

anniversary of marriage and their 15th anniversary with Carpet

One Floor & Home. Jared and Michelle have 3 daughters in high

school and a son in 2nd grade.  Jared enjoys backpacking, fishing,

playing basketball, and woodcutting. He is a big fan of his daughters

and the rest of the Enterprise Outlaws.  You will often spot him at the

various games and meets. He cannot think of a better place to live and

work than eastern Oregon.

CHRIS HARRIS, Sales Professional

Chris Harris is one of Carpet One’s project managers. He grew up

in Vancouver WA but moved to Sandy OR in 2006. He then left

Sandy to manage an AT&T store in The Dalles OR and later Grants

Pass OR. He's dreamed of living in Wallowa County for about 10

years and finally made that dream come true. Chris joined the

Carpet One family in March 2016 shortly after relocating.  He enjoys

spending time with his 3 children (Colby 16, Eva 5, and Haddie 3)

and his wife Lisa and spending as much time as possible hunting

and enjoying the outdoors

MANDY ELLIBEE, Sales Professional

Mandy Ellibee is one of Carpet One’s sales professionals.

 She grew up in Enterprise, Or until 3rd grade and her family

moved to Fruitland, ID where she graduated high school.

 She worked in the Boise, ID area for 8 years and decided to

move back to her home town in January 2016 and has been

a part of the Carpet One family since March 2016. She enjoys

the PBR (Professional Bull Riding), Rodeos, the outdoors and

going to the Wallowa Lake with her 2 Labrador Retrievers Holly and Bentley.

SUSAN NORMAN, Sales & Window Shades Consultant

Susan Stein Norman is a native of Wallowa County.

She grew up on a farm in Enterprise with a family of

six. After High School graduation moved to the Portland

area to further her education as a Cosmetologist/ Barber

and also Licensed Oral Radiologist. She met and married

husband Ray Norman, coming up on 45 years of togetherness.

They raised 3 children, Rani Haupt, Ianna Wheeler, and Tyler Norman,

and now have added son in laws, daughter in law and grandchildren to

their family. In 2000 she moved back to Wallowa County and in 2001

started working for Carpet One Floor and Home. She is enjoying being

back in Wallowa County again and working with such wonderful people.

RAY NORMAN, Hunter Douglas Certified Installer

Ray Norman has been a lifelong resident of Oregon.

Starting in Vale moving to Portland where he went to

high school and college. He worked for General Motors

Corporation in the SPO division for 31 years. He retired

in 2000 and moved with his wife Susan to Enterprise. In

2001 started working for Carpet One Floor and Home.

During this time with Carpet One he has become the only

certified window Shutters Technician in Oregon east of Bend.
